The present invention relates to a method for measuring an alloy phase ratio of galvannealed steel sheets, through which an X-ray is radiated to a plating layer of the galvannealed steel sheet, and the alloy phase ratio is calculated using a diffracted X-ray. The method comprises: a measuring step of measuring each diffraction strength in a plurality of measurement angles; a separating step of separating an alloy phase peak by curve-fitting the measured diffraction strengths, and respectively separating a non-overlapping zeta phase peak, a delta phase peak and a gamma phase peak, except for a peak in which at least two phase peaks among a zeta phase peak, a delta phase peak and a gamma phase peak in the alloy phase peak, are mixed; and a calculating step of calculating the alloy phase ratio at the ratio of a peak area of one of the non-overlapping zeta phase peak, the delta phase peak and the gamma phase peak against a whole peak area of the non-overlapping zeta phase peak, the delta phase peak and the gamma phase peak. Accordingly, the advantageous effect that reliability of a zeta phase and a gamma can be improved in measuring the alloy phase ratio is provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
