A coating agent for drug releasing stent and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which enable to control the medicine emission rate. A method for manufacturing coating agent for drug releasing stent comprises: a first dissolution stage obtaining the first solution by dissolving 400mg of tetrahydrofuran using 21ml of polyurethane standard solution; a second dissolution stage obtaining the second solution by dissolving taxol 5% which is bioactivator in 21ml of tetrahydrofuran; a third dissolution stage dissolving the taxol and the second solution; and a mixing state mixing the first solution and the third solution.
