A sunlight concentrating device is provided to perform lighting and photovoltaic power generation at the same time by concentrating and separating an infrared ray and a visible ray to a vertical direction. A casing(11) has an opening in an upper part. A first concentration mirror firstly concentrates the sunlight inputted from the opening unit to the direction opposite to the incident direction. An infrared ray reflective mirror(12) reflects only infrared rays to a direction vertical to the incident direction of the firstly concentrated sunlight. An infrared ray condensing lens fixing member(9) is fixed in the upper part of the casing and the optical fiber for the infrared ray is inserted. An infrared ray condensing lens(4) secondly concentrates the incident infrared ray by the infrared ray reflective mirror. An optical fiber(7) for the visible ray is inserted into the visible ray condensing lens fixing member.
