AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE PRODUCTS DRIER FOR ENERGY SAVING

PURPOSE: An energy-saving agricultural product drier is provided to allow both electrical drying by an electric heater as well as burner drying by a burner. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving agricultural product drier(A) comprises a drying room(100) and an external heating room(200). The drying room includes a supporter(110) for consecutively laminating containers where agricultural products to be dried are placed. A humidity sensor(120) is positioned in the upper part of the drying room. An air outlet(130) allows the inner air to be discharged to the outside. The external heating room is located on one side of the drying room. The external heating room includes a heating furnace(210) with a burner(211) therein. A blowing fan(230) is located in the lower part of an opening(220) on the top of the external heating room. A spiral waste-heat collecting pipe(240) is connected from the air outlet to the blowing fan. An air exhaust fan(250) varies its rotation speed according to the measured values by the humidity sensor. An electric heater(260) with a heating wire coated with ceramic materials is located between the waste-heat collecting pipe and the heating furnace.
