To effectively respond to increasing environmental requirements and a growing energy saving need, SACMI has founded HERO - High Efficiency Resource Optimizer, a research laboratory dedicated to developing innovative technologies aimed at achieving maximum saving of resources throughout all stages of the production process. Special applications developed within the HERO project allow for an average reduction in energy consumption of the plant main machinery and equipment with a view to more careful energy management. The economic benefits are reflected in the profit of the company right from the first year of implementation, as part of a strategy that respects the environment and improves continuously quality standards.
