PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration containing a pelubiprofen having improved dissolution rate and stability is provided to quickly express the effect and easily manufacture the formulation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration of which dissolution and stability are improved containing a pelubiprofen of the chemical formulation 1 as a chemical formula 1 comprises 0.5-50 weight part of one or more excipient, 0.00123-2.5 weight parts of one or more bonding agent, 0.00125-20 weight parts of one or more diluent, and 0.00125-2.5 weight parts of one or more lubricant.
