PURPOSE: A method for preparing latent middle-temperature quick-hardening epoxy resin composition is provided to reduce hardening time of a hardener while not excessively denaturing the epoxy resin composition, and to improve physical strength and chemical strength of the epoxy resin composition.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing latent middle-temperature quick-hardening epoxy resin composition comprises the steps of: preparing a base component; and preparing a hardener. The base component is prepared by heating, melting, and mixing epoxy resin (equivalent 184~196) 70~80 parts by weight and epoxy resin (equivalent 450~500) 10~20 parts by weight; adding lauryl glycidyl ether 3~5 parts by weight as a viscosity modifier to the mixture to obtain proper viscosity; adding silica fume 0.1~5 parts by weight to the resultant; and mixing urea modified solution 0.1~3 parts by weight to the dispersion. The hardener is produced by the steps of: heating triethylamine 70~90 parts by weight; and mixing morpholine 3~10 parts by weight, benzyl alcohol 2~10 parts by weight, dimethylformamide 2 parts by weight, and tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol 1~2 parts by weight to the heated material to form a hardener.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
