The composition contains from 10 to 40% perfluoropolyoxaalkyl dihydroxides of general formula (I): , where: n=10-40; m=0-10; l=0-1; x=1-3, and from 90 to 60% perfluoropolyoxaalkyl carboxylic acid of general formula (II): where: n=10-40; m=0-10; l=0-1; x=1-3. A coating on a substrate is obtained using this composition.
