ROLLER FOR PREPARATION OF BASE FOR TEMPORARY WINTER ROADS AT SWAMP AREAS

FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: roller for preparation of base for temporary winter roads at swamp areas contains frame, working attachment made as drum with lugs (3) installed on frame containing heat generator connected with drum. Between lugs (3) and parallel to rows of lugs (3) on drum work surface there are rubber-rope strip bands (22) covered by one-piece rubber-rope band. Lugs (3) are installed through one-piece rubber-rope band on sectors of drum work surface. Area of each sector is equal to bearing area of lug (3) and height of each sector is equal to thickness of rubber-rope strip band (22) having ropes and channels positioned parallel to its longitudinal axis. One-piece rubber-rope band is positioned in parallel to circumferences forming drum and it has some ropes perpendicular to ropes of rubber-rope strip band (22).;EFFECT: increase of efficiency, speed, quality and reliability of making temporary winter roads.;5 dwg
