FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to orthopedy and traumatology and is intended for reposition and osteosynthesis of segmentary fracture of humeral bone. Two channels are opened out in proximal and distal fragments of humeral bone, and two perosseous hinges are entered. The perosseous hinges are pulled more close to the line of fracture of proximal and distal fragments of humeral bone and fixed in the slider of the reposition and fixed to internal surface of arches by means of arms. Rod apparatus consisting of three arches with apertures and equipped with four reducing knots is mounted. The arches are bridged among them with carving bars. Two channels are opened in intermediate fragment, and two perosseous hinges are entered; hinges are fixed in two slider knots of reposition which are establish on both sides of average arch by means of arms. Reposition of intermediate fragment moving of average arch is made by means of carving bars, elements of the reponing knots nuts in perpendicular directions, manipulating the sliders immediately by means of the nuts, moving them on carving hinges and perosseous hinges and lock bolt is fixed at exact reposition of proximal, intermediate and distal fragments of humeral bone.;EFFECT: method provides consolidation in the field of fracture, exact reposition of fragments of bone, stable bracing of fragments of bone at the reached reposition, decrease of traumatism, reduction of terms of treatment.;1 dwg
