Recipe components are prepared, carrots, parsley roots, celery roots and onions are cut, browned in melted butter and minced, potatoes are cut, blanched and minced. Spinage and green is frozen and minced, heart and pickles are minced, wheat flour is browned. The listed components are mixed with sour cream, cucumber brine, bone broth, table salt and CO₂-extract of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The obtained mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, pressurised and sterilised.;EFFECT: invention allows to prepare new preserved food for space meals with higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
