FIELD: processing procedures.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of cleaning solid surfaces off organic impurities (oil products, lubricants, fats, oils, etc) and can be applied for washing transport facilities (rail road, tank lorries and ocean-going tankers) and process capacities, particularly for washing rail road tanks used for vegetable and mineral oils. The procedure consists in preparing water solution of specified concentration out of detergent, in jet washing tank surface with jets of specified pressure, in pumping out produced emulsion, in separating emulsion to water and organic phases with successive returning water phase of detergent into washing cycle and in alternate removing organic phase and sludge into corresponding capacities, in successive rinsing and drying internal surfaces. Prior to washing tank surface with solution of detergent there is performed jet washing with hot flowing water of 70-90°C temperature. Formed unstable emulsion is divided into solid, organic and water phases, while after jet washing tank surface with solution of detergent its rinsing is carried out in two stages; also at the first stage rinsing is performed with hot reused water, and at the second stage with hot flowing water. The feature of detergent applied in the procedure is presence of a de-foaming agent.;EFFECT: high quality of cleaning surface off any kind of oil.;6 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
