FIELD: heating.;SUBSTANCE: invention deals with liquid thermolabile products drying technologies and is to find implementation in food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries. The device contains an evaporation cyclone chamber with a steam discharge nipple equipped with a capillary tube represented by a spout with an adjustable circular duct arranged in the confuser part and directed at a tangent to the capillary generatrix. The capillary is equipped with an external steam chamber. In accordance with the invention concept the device is equipped with a steam-and-gas injector whose mixing chamber is connected to the external steam chamber. On the cylindrical inside of the evaporation chamber and (partly) the steam discharge nipple there are HFC (UHF) sources mounted. The conduit designed for supply of steam from the evaporation chamber is equipped with a heater and is connected to the injector inlet chamber. The device for immediate injection of liquid products into the vacuum freeze chamber must be structurally simple and feature regulation of the adherent gas-and-steam layer thickness and the gas-and-steam mixture temperature.;EFFECT: enhancement of the device operational reliability; reduction of kinetic energy loss by swirling liquid flow; spraying quality improvement.;2 dwg
