FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of hydrotechnical construction, namely to navigable channels intended to reduce navigable pass between sea or river basins. Complex of hydrotechnical structures with hydraulic units in lock heads includes system of navigable locks and water reservoirs of transport purpose, which are located along watershed slopes between two mentioned basins, which provide for overcoming of mentioned watershed by vessels on the both slopes of the latter, and also system of water-supplying channels for provision of vessel locking water, hydraulic units generating electric energy and mechanisms for water pumping. Hydraulic units installed in upper heads of navigable locks that generate electric energy in process of evacuation of drain prisms of lock chambers in process of vessel locking, are installed in system of water supply galleries of navigable lock heads, are electrically connected to accumulator of electric energy. Hydraulic units installed in lower heads of navigable locks, which generated electric energy in process of lock chamber drain prism evacuation in process of vessel locking, are installed in system of water supply galleries of navigable lock heads, are electrically connected via mentioned accumulator of electric energy with mechanisms for water pumping, which are installed in lower heads of navigable locks. Mechanisms for water pumping are arranged with the possibility to use electric energy generated and/or accumulated in process of drain prisms evacuation for return of some water of drain prism into water reservoir of upper reach through water-supply galleries.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase water saving and economic efficiency of navigable channel hydrotechnical structures complex operation.;4 cl, 1 dwg
