METHOD OF THERAPY EFFICIENCY FORECAST IN SHIZOPHRENIA CASES BY NEUROLEPTIC MEDIA - HALOPERIDOL, OLANZAPINE, RISPERIDONE, SEROQUEL

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly psychiatry, and therapy efficiency forecast in schizophrenia cases by neuroleptic media such as haloperidol, olanzapine, risperidone, seroquel. Method involves electric encephalographic examination before therapy start, calculation of mean coherency (C_meanC) of frontal, central, parietal, femoral and temporal cortex lobes of brain, comparison to C_meanC of healthy test objects, and if C_meanC is reduced more than by 15% compared to healthy C_meanC then negative result of neuroleptic therapy is forecast.;EFFECT: extended range of methods for therapy efficiency forecast for this group of patients by proposed neuroleptic media.;4 ex
