FIELD: explosives.;SUBSTANCE: proposed charge consists of cylindrical sections filled with explosive which features outer and inner cones arranged on sections end faces. Higher-power explosive is arranged between inner cone and cylinder surfaces, as compared to explosive fitted in the section remaining part. Note that section outer cone can accommodate the charge that features higher sensitivity to initiating pulse.
