The device includes a recliner mechanism (16) in mechanical connection with floor latch mechanisms (20,22), and a recliner mechanism (18) in mechanical connection with kneel mechanisms (24,26). The floor latch mechanisms are installed to the vehicle seat (10), and operated to pivot the seat bottom relative to the vehicle. Both recliner mechanism are coupled to the seat bottom and the backrest of the vehicle seat, and operated to rotate the backrest relative to the seat bottom. The kneel mechanisms are installed to the vehicle seat, and operated to move the seat relative to the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for an adjustable seat assembly.
