The wristwatch (1) has a kinematic energy transmission chain for driving a jumping hour indicator i.e. jumping hours hand (21), and a minute indicator i.e. reverse hand (20), that are non-coaxial, where angular positions of the hour and minute indicators permit indication of hours and minutes, respectively. The transmission chain has connecting rods (203, 205) for driving the indicators under the control of an adjusting unit. The connecting rods are visible from the exterior of the wristwatch.
