The mechanism has a tooth rod (8) attached to a striking plate and including a tooth sector (8.2) present in engagement with a fixed tooth rod gear (9) that is connected with an axle (7) of a screw. A month scale (11) is provided with twelve steps (11.1), such that a month ratchet wheel (6) includes twelve teeth that are combined with a month creator (5) which actuates a month hammer (4). A gong (3) co-operates with the month hammer that is actuated by tenner creators (15, 16).
