The loudspeaker has rectangular membrane (1), and a fastening device i.e. springs (3), for fastening upper and lower edges of the membrane at housing (2) of the loudspeaker. Electric coils (4) are arranged above the membrane, and co-operate with permanent magnets (5). Respective ends of the springs are fastened to one of the edges of the membrane and to the housing. The permanent magnets are fastened to the edges of the membrane, where the membrane is designed to be flat and convex.
