The loudspeaker has a coaxial tweeter-woofer including an inverted conical shaped bass resonance membrane (25) with an upper edge, which is fastened at an inner edge of a circular opening (11) of an inverted conical frame (10). A bracket (30) is fastened at the membrane. A treble-resonance arrangement (40) includes an elastomer (43) i.e. sponge, where a treble-resonance chip (41) is fastened at the elastomer in the bracket. An inverted conical shaped treble-resonance membrane (42) is fastened at the chip and includes an upper edge, which is fastened at an upper opening of the bracket.
