The device has a femto-base station (2) with an outer antenna (2b) arranged outside a motor vehicle (1) i.e. car. The base station radiates signals of a mobile phone (3) received on an inner antenna (2a) of the base station to an outer area of the vehicle via the outer antenna in an amplified manner. The base station radiates signals of a stationary mobile radio base station (4) received on the outer antenna to a passenger compartment of the vehicle via the inner antenna in an amplified manner, where the inner and outer antennas are polarized in circular and linear manner, respectively.
