Exhaust inner pipes (7) are arranged between an outer lining (6) and exhaust pipes, and are surrounded by the outer lining with a spacing, where the inner pipes and the lining are made of a single piece cast part. The inner pipes are formed as a hopper, and have a section (10) with a cross section extending in a exhaust flow direction. Air inlet ports formed as slots are provided between the inner pipes and the outer lining.
