The system has a compression channel (VK) represented by a tube with an integrated pressure generator. Two lifting systems (ASY) are represented by an aerodynamic lifting body with a closed lifting channel (AK) and upper and lower hoppers (TDL, TUL). Upper and lower pressure pipes (DL, UL) are provided between the compression channel and the lifting systems. Force is generated at the aerodynamic lifting body for moving a vehicle. The compression channel, the lifting systems, pressure pipes and drive and control devices are firmly and coherently connected with the vehicle to be moved.
