The structure has four cantilevers (8) with ends, cantilever wheels (15) arranged at ends of cantilevers, and a central lifting device (4) arranged at a lower side of a chassis (2) in center of a motor vehicle (1). The cantilevers are pivotably arranged at periphery of the lifting device in a radial manner, and each cantilever is driven by two lifting devices, where the lifting devices are stroke piston systems. The cantilever wheels are positioned around a cantilever axis by rotary devices (16), which are rotation hydraulic systems. Electric motors i.e. hub drives, are arranged in the wheels.
