The vehicle has a reformer (12) reforming a fuel cell (14) from a fuel cell tank (10) to hydrogen, which is converted into electrical energy in the fuel cell and changed into mechanical energy in an internal combustion engine (16). The reformer is arranged such that the reformer processes regenerative bio fuel e.g. vegetable oil, as a fuel. The engine is bivalently designed for bypassing a heating period of the reformers, and is arranged such that the regenerative bio fuel is burned directly during a starting phase of the reformers.
