摘要

The module has cell arrays (6) arranged one after another in an optical path and produced from different substrates independent of each other. Each cell array includes a photovoltaic cell on a laminar carrier. A photovoltaic cell is provided with a semiconducting absorptive layer. The cell arrays are partial absorbent during exemption of the cell array in rear most in the optical path. Foils are used as a substrate for manufacturing of the cell array. The absorptive layer is made of amorphous silicon with part of germanium to adjust a band gap of a semiconductor to an optimal value. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of a solar module.
