The producer has a crankshaft system provided in a middle chamber, and two-way valves (6) provided at a rotary spinner (2) for controlling liquid flow in a direction. A strongly expanding gas is used to form pressure in outer chambers e.g. flexible container (1), where the outer chamber is filled with liquid. The pressure drives the liquid or oil after opening the valves by the rotary spinner, so that the liquid or oil is collected in the outer chamber. The valves on a liquid side are closed after complete flow of the liquid or oil.
