The device (1) has a reservoir including two inner bags collapsible by suction force. The reservoir is opened into a mixing region arranged between the reservoir and a pumping head. The inner bags are provided with regions facing each other for preventing backflow of the liquid by a ball valve, a flap valve, a poppet valve, a diaphragm valve, and/or a permeable membrane. The inner bags include bellows in an axial direction for forming breaks. The bellows include a bottom portion for arranging a finger and forming dragging pistons. An independent claim is also included for a method for delivering a mixture.
