The meta data set has an individual data field, which contains information over an audio-visual media article, particularly program source, starting time, end time, heading or synopsis. The data field of the meta data set is assigned to an identifying characteristic trait, which contains information in the relevant data field, particularly precision timing of the starting time and end time, existence of heading, length of synopsis and existence of picture. An independent claim is included for a method for generating an optimal meta data set.
