The system has a formwork element (AE) with upper and lower plate elements (PO, PU) arranged on lying surfaces of a flat strip-like sealing element (AD), where the sealing element is water permeable. The sealing element places support elements (UO) into which plate elements are manually inserted, where the support elements provide adjustment of the plate elements in a joint level. The sealing element runs transverse to both sides of the joint level in side strips which are provided for forming creep waterproof boundary surfaces with hardening fresh concrete. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a plate-shaped concrete building part.
