Concrete component, especially a hollow chamber wall element, comprises a heat-insulating layer (IS) having a contact surface for covering with fresh concrete during further processing. The contact surface is provided at least along one part of its edge region (RB) following its outer contour with a sealing material (DM) forming a water-tight boundary layer with fresh concrete. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Flat concrete component with a hollow chamber between two wall shells; (2) Flat concrete arrangement, especially a concrete plate; (3) Production of a concrete hollow chamber wall element; (4) Production of a concrete hollow chamber component; and (5) Production of a flat concrete arrangement.
