The lamp has spiral-wound filament (3) with a spiral body and two spiral ends. The spiral ends are connected with power supply lines. One of the power supply lines is arranged within the spiral body. The power supply line is electrically insulated against the spiral body by an insulating device. The insulating device is made of quartz glass or heat-resistant ceramic. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a lamp.
