Method for producing connection combination of metal parts, comprises placing two metal parts and cold-gas spraying of metals to each other on the metal parts for producing a positive fit connection of metal parts
The method comprises placing two metal parts and cold-gas spraying of metals to each other on the metal parts for producing a positive fit connection of metal parts, where the combination of metal parts is aluminum-copper, aluminum-titanium, aluminum-steel, copper-steel, steel-nickel-connection combinations, fixing the two metal parts to each other by a holder and simultaneously covering areas not to be moistened by a masking holder. One metal part is placed on the other metal part by cold gas spraying. The method comprises placing two metal parts and cold-gas spraying of metals to each other on the metal parts for producing a positive fit connection of metal parts, where the combination of metal parts is aluminum-copper, aluminum-titanium, aluminum-steel, copper-steel, steel-nickel-connection combinations, fixing the two metal parts to each other by a holder and simultaneously covering areas not to be moistened by a masking holder. One metal part is placed on the other metal part by cold gas spraying. A connection element and an electric conductors and cold gas spraying of metals of the connection elements are placed on the connection element and the conductors. The connection element is pushed with an opening over the electric conductor with a cross-section area corresponding to the opening in such a way that an abutting face of the connection element is compact with an abutting face of the conductor so that they are connected through cold gas spraying of metal on both abutting faces, the connection element overtops the conductor so that a limitation is given for the metal subjected by cold gas spraying, or in such a way that the conductor overtops the connection element so that the metal subjected through the cold gas spraying connects an external mantle surface of the conductors with the abutting face of the connection elements. The electric conductors are placed on a flat side of a flat connection elements and cold gas spraying of metal of the connection elements on the electric conductors and the connection element. A flat part in an opening of carrier parts corresponding to the flat part and cold gas spraying of metal are placed on the boundary area of the flat part and the carrier part. Independent claims are included for: (1) connection combination of metal parts; and (2) an electric and mechanic connection.
