Electrical organic module (Q) comprises: a substrate (1); a first electrode layer (2) and a second electrode layer (5); at least a functional organic layer (3), which is arranged between the first and second electrode layer; a self organizing mono layer (4), which is arranged between the functional organic layer and second electrode layer, where: the self organizing mono layer contains molecules having a main group and an anchor group, which is connected together over molecule backbone, and the main group is connected to the functional organic layer covalently or over a salt bridge. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (Q) comprising providing the substrate and producing the functional layer arrangement on the substrate, where the layer arrangement has the first and second electrode layers, and the functional organic layer and the mono layer.
