The piston pump, particularly radial piston fuel pump has an oil impinged chamber. A displacing piston (2) is guided in a hollow cylinder (1) with a front surface (3) on an outer periphery of the hollow cylinder and slides against the force of a spring (6) together with the displacing piston in the direction of a pump chamber (4). The displacing piston and a cup (5) are connected in a non-relocating manner, where a leakage opening (8) is guided in two directions.
