The vehicle (1) has an openable tailgate i.e. liftgate, with an upper flap gate (3) and a lower flap gate (4), and a movable loading base (8). A movement of the tailgate is mechanically coupled with a movement of the loading space, such that a clearance is closed between the tailgate and the motor vehicle by the loading space. The flap gate is mounted at the motor vehicle in an upwardly rotatable manner using goose neck hinges (5). The lower flap gate is movably mounted at motor vehicle and relative to motor vehicle, such that lower flap gate orientation remains same during opening.
