The vehicle has an upper part (1) i.e. shutter, bearing a rear window (2). A lower part (3) extends under the rear window and a bumper (4). A tailgate (6) of the lower part is integrated to the upper part sliding with respect to a body of the vehicle between closed position in which the tailgate closes access to a rear boot of the vehicle and open position in which the tailgate releases an opening (7) to access the rear boot between the bumper and the upper part. Two side edges of the tailgate are slidingly assembled along a rail fixed at the body.
