The hot-air or circulating air oven has an oven door and a cooking chamber with multiple cooked food carrying planes. A compressor chamber (4) is separated from the cooking chamber by an air conducting plate (2) and fans. An opening (10) is provided for a non-aerated channel (5) as separate component. The non-aerated channel is passed through the compressor chamber till rear side limitation (1) of the cooking chamber.
