The arrangement has a continuously controllable main valve (1) with a chamber. An area (11) of the chamber includes fluid connectors (17, 18). The connectors are connected with inlet and outlet valves (2a, 2b), respectively. The arrangement is adapted and equipped to change fluid pressure prevalent in the chamber by opening one of the inlet and outlet valves assigned to the area of the chamber, so that a drive unit e.g. piston (13), is displaced by changing a volume of the area and another area (12) of the chamber and a sealer (15) is driven for changing a flow cross-section for the fluid.
