The seat has a set of electrical surface heating elements (4) with knitted fabrics (6) fixed at a seat cushion (3) consisting of foam material by an anchor thread (7) consisting of barbed hook arms (8) under causing of a pin effect. The anchor thread is pressed into the seat cushion under pressure by a pistol via the knitted fabrics of the electrical surface heating elements. The anchor thread is anchored with the barbed hook arms after pressing the anchor thread with the barbed hook arms spreaded in the seat cushion.
