The sliding body (10) has a concave discharge region (13) arranged between running surfaces (11), where sliding surface of the discharge region is turned towards underground. A transition region (14) is arranged between one of the running surfaces and the discharge region, and has a sliding surface turned towards the underground. The sliding surface of the transition region runs away from the running surface to the discharge region, and produces a transition between an inner edge of the running surface and an outer side of the transition region.
