The wave is produced by water content present in a gate chamber (1). A discharge device discharges the water, present in the gate chamber, as flush into an under head. The discharge device is a component of submersible swimming bodies that are inserted between a lower side of a flood gate(2) and a sill of a barrier, where the barrier is provided in a base of the gate chamber, and the gate chamber is closed in a waterproof manner. The discharge device has flap valves or slide gate valves for closing a set of pipes, which is installed below the flood gate in foundation of the gate chamber.
