The element has wire sections (2, 3) connected together to a common roof structure, which is inserted into a molded foam, by a connection element (1). The element has connecting pieces (4, 5) fixed together at the sections, which are connected together in a wire structure. A flexibly deformable balancing element (6) with resiliently flexible-connecting rods (7, 8) is arranged between the pieces and connects the pieces. The distance between the connected wire sections is changeable by flexible deformation of the balancing element. The connection element is made of polyoxymethylene plastic.
