The method involves producing a pressure difference between an input region (19) and a discharge region (18) of an arrangement of heat exchangers (1-3) by a fan (10), where volume of fluid streams (12) flowing through the heat exchangers is changed based on change of temperature during passage of the streams. An additional fluid (7) is brought into a region between the heat exchangers in such a manner that each heat exchanger of the arrangement operates in or close to optimal operating point into a range between the heat exchangers that are arranged one behind the other in a flow direction. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for heat exchangers.
