The expansion machine has two cylindrical modules, a steam plant (100) and a driving mechanism (200), which are detachably connected together by a connecting bar (12) and a coupling (21). A coaxially concentrically arranged clamper cylinder (107) is plugged with an outlet channel. A disk piston (105) is provided for transferring the piston force to a driving mechanism by a piston rod. A driving shaft (207) with a coupled control shaft (114) is translated into rotation on a tandem wobbling disk (208). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a control device; (2) a reciprocating rotating valve; and (3) a centrifugal governor.
