The structure has a plate component (70) arranged opposite to a front end (20a) of a body. The component has a through hole to inject an additive from a spray hole. The plate component has a deflection surface to deflect exhaust gas, which flows from an exhaust gas opening (10a) towards the front end of the body. The deflection surface has a concave or convex shape. A valve element is provided in the body to control a connection between an additive opening and the spray hole to inject the additive agent from the spray hole into the exhaust gas opening.
