The device has a channel outside of a center of a rotary axis of a rotationally movable component e.g. rotatable cylinder (6), for transmission of pneumatic energy. The device transmits electrical energy and/or electrical signals and the pneumatic energy over a front side of the movable component and in an area of the rotary axis of the movable component. A movable piston is provided for sealing during the transmission of the pneumatic energy to the movable component. The piston is moved against a front-side sealing by control air.
