The crankset (1) has movement transmission mechanisms respectively associated with two driving pedals in rotation of a tooth crown intermeshing with a tractive chain of a bicycle. A rotation axis (Oy) of a rotating plate (4b) supporting the mechanisms is decentered with respect to a fixed center (Ox) of a housing bracket that receives a housing shaft (6). Connection elements are formed of driving cranks (30a, 30b) of the pedals and a rod (8b), which is articulated on the plate of the mechanisms and on the cranks.
