The device has a compensation correction system (D) correcting compensations by lateral tractions by using self-gripping straps. The correction system avoids prejudicial reactions when a stretching tension is provided at a level of a psoas muscle by spacing boards between stretched and folded legs. The reactions are avoided against an articular pressure by using an articular decompression system (B) by axial traction, against hyperlordosis actions at a level of lumbar by using traction of a lumbar delordosis system (C) and against compensatory deviation or force vector of the straps.
